Consumers progress from Residential Rehabilitation to community inclusive clinical programs based on improved neuro-cognitive and neuro-behavioral presentation.  Consumer per diem rates are adjusted and decrease with movement to community inclusive programs.

*The Developmental Disabilities mean average per diem rate does not include one consumer's one-on-one staffing pattern.

Eight (8) consumers are represented in the sample.  Two (2) of the eight (8) consumers participated in both Residential Rehabilitation as well as Outpatient Services.   The duration of clinical treatment for all Workers’ Compensation consumers at Communicare equals a mean average of 6.72 months.   Three (3) returned to work, three (3) returned home with avocational activities, one (1) transferred to a program closer to domicile outside of Florida, and one (1) returned home with day programming.
